After supporting the transition of the charity to Ember Connect, Noongar Elder Irene Stainton has recently resigned from the board.
Irene will be taking on a role with Western Australia’s new Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Council.
In her time on the board, Irene was able to make a meaningful contribution and provided wise counsel to her board colleagues. We acknowledge Irene‘s support and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
The charity is currently in discussions with two amazing woman in respect to them joining the board. We hope these discussions can be finalised in the coming weeks at which time we will provide a further update.
